The villa is located on the edge of the small privately owned Quinta da Saudade, within a short walking distance of all the facilities, but just far enough away to afford it’s own seclusion when desired. The villa has views of unspoilt hillside.

The nearest beach at Gale is just over a mile away and the closest golf course at Salgados just a two minute drive. Quinta da Saudade has two swimming pools, one with a separate shallow end for children, a children's play area with paddling pool, pool bar, restaurant, tennis court, mini golf and riding stables.

The villa itself has a large sunny patio with a built-in barbeque and sun loungers. Inside there are two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, lounge and a bathroom with shower facilities.
